Structural Engineering, Michael Giffin, president of B&G Consultants and formerly a construction manager for Trammell Crow Company, Morrison-Knudsen and Daniel International, has over 25 years construction industry experience. A solid professional known for his diplomatic, results-oriented approach to team management, Mike has managed over $900 million in development and construction work. Major projects include National University Central Library, ADFlex Solutions in Sonora, Mexico, La Jolla Country Club, and Hazard Center office/retail/hotel complex in Mission Valley.
B.S. Construction
Management, Tony's construction industry background spans nearly two decades, which includes ten years as estimator/engineer/project manager and eight years as a block mason and carpenter. While working on two school projects with Centex Golden, he developed critical project management skills. This diversity enables him to understand both the management elements of commercial construction and the daily challenges faced by trade contractors as they put the "bricks and mortar" in place. His most recent projects include National University at Spectrum Business Park and Sempra Energy/San Diego Gas & Electric tenant improvements. |
