1MISSION MIXED-USE PROJECT UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Dallas, Texas based CLB Partners engages B&G Consultants as Construction Manager on the 1Mission development. The project consists of 61-unit market-rate condominium and town homes (1, 2, and 3 bedroom units), ground floor retail with a bisecting public pedestrian paseo, and two levels subterranean parking.

Turner Construction commenced demolition in March 2008 following the historic move of a 1912 Craftsman house in Mission Hills, which was saved from demolition and given free to a South Park group that has spent years renovating old homes for the pleasure of seeing vintage dwellings brought back to their original glory.

The structure was topped-out in November 2008. The roof is complete. The exterior windows, brick and stucco façade, and interiors are in progress as of February 2009. The project will be completed by November 2009.
