Description |

Development
of a two-building, 34,000 square foot academic classroom
building project. The project includes 31 classrooms,
including chemistry and physics classroom, a 7,500 square
foot library and learning center, computer labs and
conference facilities. The two wood framed classroom
buildings are constructed on a Type I concrete pedestal
with subterranean parking below. The classroom buildings
were design by Martinez + Cutri Architects. The project
also entailed the interior building renovation of historic
Vasey Hall originally designed and constructed by Architect
Richard Requa in 1922. This first phase of a multi-phased
campus renovation program was completed in 2006 with
a total development value of $17.5 million.
