A 20-acre
master planned campus dedicated to the study and treatment
of the social and behavioral aspects of autism. The
recently completed Equestrian Center represents the
first phase of a multi-phased development program which
will ultimately include 11 buildings totaling 90,000
square feet. The campus will include an Equestrian Center,
an Aquatic Therapy Center, a Multi-Purpose Activity
Center, an Agricultural Center, several research/classroom
buildings and an administrative and child care center.
The campus will also include dedicated acreage for fruit
orchards, parklands, riding and hiking trails, recreation
playgrounds and on-grade parking. Carrier Johnson is
the architect for the entire project. The project is
being built in phases as donations are secured with
the total development cost estimated at $33 million.
