This LEED
Gold certified project included demolition of existing
structures to make way for a new 5,500 square foot Sailing
Center and Junior Clubhouse building, a new 6,500 square
foot maintenance building and a new 4,000 square foot,
two-story locker building. The project scope also included
remodeling of the existing Clubhouse building, including
fortification of the existing sheet piling foundation/wall
system in San Diego Bay. The project was designed by
Architects Hanna Gabriel Wells. The project was successfully
completed in summer 2010 with a total development value
of $11.5 million.
