A 2-story, 101,000 square foot world headquarter office and research facility for DJ Orthopedics, the world’s leader in orthopedic braces and support ware. The project included the design and construction of the building situated on a 6.5 acre site in the Vista Industrial Park. The building features executive-level office and support facilities, research laboratories and supporting fabrication facilities, and teleconferencing facilities. Total development value of $12 million.
