Design and Construction of a 5,500 square foot, single story building and interior improvements for North Island Credit Union. The project included demolition of an existing office building and construction of a new steel frame, stone and glass façade structure, including site improvements and parking facilities. The design of the project was performed by H2A Architects. The project was completed in July 2008 at a total development cost of $1.4 million
