The project includes a new 1,500 seat gymnasium, 400-seat theater with locker rooms and supporting facilities, a new synthetic-surfaced football field and running track and a 148 car subterranean parking structure with building areas totaling 39,600 square feet. The project is being designed by Dominy and Associates Architects and is now in the design development phase. The project estimated development cost is $25 million. B&G Consultants also managed Phase 1 of the campus remodel project which completed in 2006 and included construction of two new classroom buildings totaling 31,000 square feet and the complete interior remodeling of historic Vasey Hall.
